Our Approach

We often follow a workshop-based approach in our feasibility studies

This has proven to be particularly effective due to the high level of involvement of various stakeholders within the workshops. However, the specific approach we choose very much depends on your preferences and needs.

Duration

We normally need around 2-3 month to finish our SAP S/4HANA feasibility study. However, the exact duration depends on the scope determined at the beginning of the feasibility study.

Phases and Workshops

In a period of 12 weeks, we went through a total of 14 one-day workshops with our customer. Focus of the feasibility study was the redesign of the business processes. We focused on these processes: Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.

We run through 5 different phases - Kick-Off, Processual Design, Change Management and Next Steps Phase.
